Summarized Data Files

4nqoExpComp.txt : expression estimates for each yeast gene, counted as total, full-length, or optimal, as defined in the manuscript and normalized such that the 75th values of the "total" distributions of the two samples are equal.
4nqo_std_cpd_blocks.txt: output of the significance analysis of the cumulative polyadenylation distributions (CPD) differences between 4NQO and standard (STD) conditions, based on analysis of the largest identified block for which the relative relationship between the CPD plots (STD > 4NQO or STD < 4NQO). Column headers describe the fields and there is one row per gene, describing the largest block and its scoring.
4nqo_std_cpd_edges.txt: CPD, edge identification, and CPD difference plots for all yeast genes. Column headers describe the fields, and the number of rows is variable, since it is dependent upon the length of the gene and the number of tags identified for that gene. The rows pertaining to each gene are identified by the gene_ID in the first column of all files, and the first row for each gene is a header.
