Supplemental Data: Using mRNA processing differences to distinguish related cancers

In each case here, sets of genes with differential mRNA processing in tumors compared to a normal sample were subsequently compared among each other to identify the gene/probe combinations that were most likely to distinguish among the different tumor types.
